Each farm has its own entries and fields. Products, equipment, implements, labor, and activities are shared by all farms. Choose the farm you are working on at the top of the page.

Save each field with its acreage and crop. Picking a field on the Track page fills in acres and crop. Variety is chosen on each planting entry.

Save each product with its cost per unit. On the Tracker, pick the product and enter a rate, and the unit and cost per acre fill in.

Save each piece of equipment (tractor, sprayer, combine) with its cost per hour, cost per acre, and whether it is in-house or custom work. Add implements on the Implements tab.

Save each implement (disk, planter, sprayer boom) with its costs. On the Tracker, pick equipment and an implement and the costs are added together.

Save each employee with their cost per hour.

Add each crop you grow here first. Choose Permanent for trees and vines (they get varieties with percentages, plant spacing and year planted on fields). Then add its varieties in the Varieties tab.

Click a crop to add its varieties. When you pick a crop on a Planting entry, the Variety drop-down fills with that crop's varieties. A new variety typed on a Planting entry is added here automatically.

These are the choices in the Activity box on the Track page. When you add a new activity, a popup lets you turn on only the entry boxes you want. Use Edit on a row to change the name or the boxes later.
